Former President Donald Trump is in North Texas this weekend, where he will report to the American Airlines Center and attend a Christmas service at First Baptist Dallas.
Pastor Robert Jeffress, a Trump supporter, will deliver a Christmas message during the Sunday service that will include “a special Christmas greeting” from Trump at the end of the service, according to the megachurch’s website.
“This Sunday’s music and message will focus on the most significant event in human history, the birth of Jesus Christ,” the website says. “President Trump is known for his love of Christmas and what it stands for. We are delighted to have him join us this Sunday morning.
Trump is also in town with former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly as part of their “The History Tour”, which is described as a discussion of the history of the Trump administration. Doors open at noon on December 19 for the 3 p.m. event. The two will be in Houston on Saturday, according to the Toyota Center website.
Trump made several trips to Texas during his presidency and since. He was in Dallas in July to attend the Conservative Political Action Conference.
