Cass Information Systems, Inc. to Acquire TouchPoint, National Leading Church Management Software (ChMS) Provider

ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cass Information Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CASS) has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of mobile church management software (ChMS) developer Point-of-contacta division of The Pursuant Group, Inc.., based in Dallas, TX. TouchPoint’s solutions help faith-based and nonprofit organizations engage their members and effectively manage their business.

Ross MillerPursuant’s current chief operating officer and president of TouchPoint, will join Cass as vice president and lead the combination of TouchPoint with Gyve Generosity Services, also owned by Cass. Gyve is an online donation platform that combines several ways to donate (including credit card, debit card and direct debit) with generosity advice and banking offers, such as loan and deposit services .
